Moshi MoonRock, Music in a Pebble
Moshi have recently made an effort upon the headphone market with their latest creation the Moshi Moonrock. The whole architecture of Moonrock has an elegant and charming glance which is stuffed in cavity of ABS plastic. Moshi emulates for the best in design, looks, and usability.
In Moshi MoonRock, each earpiece is fudged together of plastic with a rubberized, circular tip on the end. The plastic is not visible while in your ear, so only the white, or black, rubber circular pieces are visible. Another most demanding angle which has to be available in any earphone is comfort. Moshi MoonRock is extremely comfortable to wear, to insert, and take out. All because of its compact nature, you will never feel any kind of problem in putting them in and taking them out repeatedly. It is really easy like a pie cake to get a good seal with them and keep the comfort as well. We can certify you that you will really please with the comfort of these headphones.
In Moshi MoonRock, the initiators used HR8 full range 8mm neodymium driver as Transducer unit. The comprehensive sensitivity rate of Moshi MoonRock is about 93+/- 3dB @ 1kHz
whereas the frequency response of this musical source is almost 20Hz – 20KHz.
Most headphones or ear phones with low impedance like less than 25 ohms approximately, require little power to deliver high audio levels. For example, low impedance headphones will work well with equipment with weak amplification like portable music players, phones, and other portable devices. The Moshi MoonRock is capable to provide 180 Ω as impedance. The lows are powering, sometimes too much, and deep. The bass is calming and can tend to be muddy in faster-paced songs. Mids in Moshi MoonRock are clean, clear, and audible. The treble is not harsh in any way; they still feed to the relaxed nature of the MoonRocks. The micro phonics on these headphones is foxy and audible. Fortunately, the design does work with an over-the-ear insertion. As we all know, the durability of any earphone relies on its cable. The total length of Moshi MoonRock is more or less 1.2 meters which is very convenient. The cables on the headphones are thicker and really well designed. There is no adjustable Y-split, which is always something that could be of use for the people who use them. The case of Moshi MoonRock protects the headphones from drops and falls. It also offers a trustworthy protection to the drivers and cable from dust, debris, and other environmental factors. This case is also part of the choate design as well. When the headphones are in the case, they ceased to exist from view until or unless you have the black and red ones, then the red wire shows. The case itself is a design statement. The best thing is that everything seamlessly blends together with these headphones. The Moshi MoonRock is available in 2 colors, black-red and milky-white. The design is gleaming and integrated perfectly with the case that seamlessly makes the whole thing one with itself.
